After I did the third step and check the installation I get an error message saying page cannot be found. I don't know what to do about this problem. Can anyone help. I am using Greenstone version 2.72. I installed the GLI client and when I try to open collection it gives an error saying an error occurred of remote greenstone server while performing this operation:http://10.1.12.60/Greenstone/cgi-bin/gliserver.pl

Hi Javeria

You need to enable remote building for your collection, see the page that Quan has recommended.
Then you can either enable the GLI applet - then any one (that has a valid user name and password) can use the applet, or you can set up the GLI client on each machine that the librarians will be using.
If you are using Greenstone 2.80 you can download the GLI client from
