|I'm not sure I understand you correctly, so forgive me if my answer isn't what you are looking for.
The html you provided below is generated by macros in the style.dm file which is in /path/to/gsdl/macros . (in my case the full path is /usr/local/gsdl/macros) The macro that generates this is and starts on about line 64 or the style.dm file. You may also wish to note that the /gsdl/web/style/style.css macro that is contained within the first line of the macro is defined somewhere near line 90 of the style.dm file.
