Hi

Greenstone doesn't have a plugin to handle MUS files, this is why you
get the unsupported file format warning. While the collection will still
build, none of the mus files will have been proccessed, so you will have
an empty colleciton.

You can either convert the files to a format we have a plugin for (MP3,
OggVorbis) or use UnknownPlug to process the MUS files.
(see
http://www.greenstone.org/cgi-bin/library?e=p-en-faq-utfZz-8&a=p&p=faqplugins#plugins3
for more details)
