Try turning up the 'VERBOSITY' in the import stage of the GLI options
- you may have to change it to Exper mode to do so.

If you are not usingthe GLI you set the verbosity with the import command.

Set it to 3 and see what comes out in the logs.

The problem I usually get with imagemagick is the commands not being
included in the PATH system variable. If the logs say 'command not
found' and/or you cant run imagemagick commands from the command line
then thats your problem.

Let us know how it goes.
