We've been meaning to update the "Export to CD-ROM" package for some time now
but have never quite got around to it...
However, you can replace the server.exe file in gsdlbinwindows with the
2.50 one in the gsdl top level folder, and this should fix your first two
problems (after re-exporting the collection). I'm not sure about the third
problem, hopefully it will be fixed too! (If not, let me know and I'll look
into it).
