as for a macro you could write something like the following in the
collection's (<coldir>/macros/

package Global # or "document" if it's only needed there

# 1 = lat, 2 = long
_mslink_ {<a href="your-server-with-lat=_1_&long=_2_">some text</a>}

then use it in your collect.cfg: _mslink_([lat],[long])

but you could just as easily use it directly in your collect.cfg:
<a href="your-server-with-lat=[lat]&long=[long]">some text</a>

is that what you intended? or am i missing some point?
