Hil, I created a
four level hierarchy of folders, put a document in the fourth level
sub-folder and built the collection following the Tudor example in the lab exercises
documentation, after providing hierarchical subject and Keywords as
follows. The
hierarchical folders were India|Kerala|Trivandrum|Kovalam and
document was dpc.pdf Then in the built up collection, the document dpc.doc appears under each folder. In fact it should appear under the lowest sub-folder Kovalam alone. This creates problem when you have different category of documents in the third or fourth level folders as all will appear mixed under the highest level folder and under each folder too, all below-level documents would appear.
