Other options to convert straight into Greenstone archive format.

a. XSLT
b. Find/Replace in the word processor of your choice (or Dreamweaver
which lets you do the same across multiple files - faster than doing
each file but still slower than sed or XSLT )
c. sed in unix

Let us know if you need any help.
