Is the metadata you want to display document level metadata? In that
case you need to specify [parent:Mymetadata].

If you want to have image (i.e. section) level metadata then you need to
use the XML format for item files (detailed in
perllib/plugins/ and what you have below should work.

The reason [Source] works is that this is assigned for each section by
the plugin.
