I have the same problem. If I define only one index I can´t see index
description in search page. I see "Search for _TX_ that contain ...". I´m
running GS 2.71.

My collect.cfg is:

buildtype mgpp

classifyList -metadata Title -buttonname Listado

collectionmeta.text "Páginas por contenido "
collectionmeta.section "Páginas"

Hi Stephen

It appears that this is a bug when there is only one index specified. If you
have more than one, then you get a drop down list, and the text is correct.

I will look into this.
In the meantime, you should change your indexes. allfields is a combined
index all **specified** indexes, not all metadata fields in the collection.
so if you have
indexes allfields
you haven't actually indexed anything, you just have combined searching over
no fields.

If you want all your metadata to be indexed, use the "Add All" button in GLI
New index popup.
