This can be done by customizing the DocumentVList format statement.
1. select GLI->Format->Choose Feature->Document and Format->Choose
2. click "Add Format"
3. replace <link>[icon]</link>
with <a target="_blank" href="/gsdlmod?e=d-00000-00---off-0gsarch--00-0----0-10-0---0---0direct-10---4-----dfr--0-1l--11-en-50---20-help-Anupama+of+Greenstone+Team--00-0-1-00-0--4----0-0-11-10-0utfZz-8-00&a=d&d=[DocOID]">[icon]</a>
