When tagging files with metadata using GLI, we'd like to limit the
available choices for some fields, both to prevent typos and to each
tedious data-entry.
For example, one metadata element in our collection is foo.Country;
we'd like to limit the valid input choices to a list of countries, so
that it's impossible to type in "Nez Wealand", and ideally, so that's
easy to select a given choice with keyboard or mouse.

Is this possible? How is it done?
