Hi,

I assume you are using the Hierarchy classifier. By default this splits
metadata values on '/' or '|' characters; if you want to use a different
character then use the Hierarchy classifier's "-separator" option.

The GLI uses the '|' character in metadata values to separate the
levels, and the metadata value tree at the bottom right of the Enrich
pane will show a tree.

It is easiest if you use the '|' character because this will work with
both the GLI and the Hierarchy classifier.
