Do you intend simply linking to existing nzdl collections or do you want to
install them locally?

To link to them you can use a hyperlink exactly as you've specified above.
You'll probably want to edit the html in your home.dm macro file to insert
links to the required collections.

If the intention is to install these collections locally you'll need to
download the source and build the collections yourself. We haven't made
these collections available in the past because web traffic isn't free here
in New Zealand so making large collections available for download can become
expensive. However, I believe many of these collections will soon be made
available from an nzdl mirror site in North America. If you do want to
download some of these collections for installing locally (and if you have
enough bandwidth to do so) let me know which ones you want and I'll see if
they can be made available to you.

cheers,
Stefan
