Hi Jenn,

This behaviour was present in v2.53, and we're going to claim that it's
a feature, not a bug! The metadata from Section tags is now more similar
to that in metadata.xml files, ie. it overwrites unless
'mode="accumulate"' is defined.

You've got two choices. You can add 'mode="accumulate"' to your
documents -- probably a lot of work (although easily automated), but
more correct and better in the long run. Or, you can disable this
"feature" by editing perllibpluginsHTMLPlug.pm, finding line 294, and
changing it from

my $accumulate = $tag =~ /mode=${quot}accumulate${quot}/ ? 1 : 0;

to

my $accumulate = 1;

All the best,

Michael
