Unfortunately things have taken longer than planned (don't they always?).

Getting all the documentation together in the three languages the new CD-ROM
is to support (English, French and Spanish) is the main contributor to these
delays.

Things are still proceeding, if rather slowly, and we should get the new
release done within the next two months. CD-ROMs will be available soon
after (depending how long it takes to produce and distribute them). As
always, we'll announce the new release on this list as soon as it happens.
