Subject [greenstone-users] Linking other languages of a file
Hi,

I just started to work with Greenstone last week. (And I am impressed by the
quality of it!)

I am currently making some tests to understand how I should build my
collection.

I looked at the UNAIDS CD-ROM, and I was wondering how they created the links
to other languages of a file. Can somebody help with this?

Also, can somebody explain the advantages of the different Metadata formats
(Dublin Core vs. Others)?

Finally, I have all my metadata in an Excel file. What would be the best way
to get that data into Greenstone? I don't want to type it manually... Should I
create a metadata.xml file for every file (PDF) I have? Any tool to do that?

Thanks,
