In the interests of security, I just want to point it that it only
has to be writable by your webserver process, which on linux will
probably be a dedicated user like 'www-data' or 'httpd' or something.

If it's a single user machine it probably doesn't make any difference,
but making files world-writable on a shared machine leaves you open
to having malicious users editing or removing files.
