Hi Nametso

The PDF to html conversion is done using an external program, pdf2html.
So greenstone does not have control over the output.
I suggest you try some other options for conversion, such as those
mentioned in the PDF tutorial:
http://greenstone.sourceforge.net/wiki/gsdoc/tutorial/en/enhanced_pdf.htm
e.g. use_sections, convert_to pagedimg etc.
There is also a complex option to PDFplug that you may like to try.
