You were running "ant start" in the Greenstone 3 folder and it didn't
recognise the ant command? I think this means you may not have got
Apache's Ant installed. If you have, check that you've set your ANT_HOME
environment variable correctly and that Ant's bin directory is on the
Path. Please see the page
