Dear Maricar Kawasaki,

First of all you should create a particular collection e.g. ABC. Open the
collection and go to Enrich panel in the same collection and you can see
the box titled "Manage Metadata Sets..." at the bottom to the left side.
Click that box and a new window will be appeared that will show you the
list of existing/assigned metadata sets. Click on "Add" button that will
take you to the next window again you need to click on "New" button. Give
the name of metadata e.g. HAWAII University as "Metadata set title" and
HAWAII as 'Metadata set namespace'. Press the 'OK' button that will take
you to a new window titled Greenstone Editor for Metadata Sets where you
can see the Metadata set title which you already have chosen e.g. HAWAII
University. Take the cursor at the Metadata Set title and click the right
button of mouse. Now it will allow you to create the metadata/fields as
per your requirement.

Kind regards,
Lavji N. Zala
