Hi, I don't have much experience with running greenstone under
a windows webserver, but my guess is you need to edit the
gsdlsite.cfg file, which is in the cgi-bin directory.

There is a setting in there (which is commented out by default):

# should contain the http address of this cgi script. This
# is not needed if the http server sets the environment variable
# SCRIPT_NAME
#gwcgi /cgi-bin/library

Using the standard apache webserver, this variable gets set. You
might have to explicitly set this when running under IIS.
