Hi

This might mean that the pdf is too new for the PDF Plugin to process
it, or that there was some error during processing. Try setting GLI to
expert mode (File->Preferences->Mode) and rebuilding to see what error
messages you get.

If PDFPlugin can't process the file, then you can add UnknownPlugin to
handle it. Add it after PDFPlugin (want PDFPlugin to try first), and set
-process_extension pdf, -mime_type application/pdf, -file_format PDF.
This will add PDF files in to the collection, attaching their metadata.
But will not do any processing of the file so you won't be able to
search on text in the file, just on metadata.
