Yes, we've been a bit lax about updating the "export-to-CD" package for
version 2.51. I have done this now; the new package is available for download
from http://sourceforge.net/projects/greenstone.
In your case, however, you can just copy the server.exe program from your
Greenstone directory into gsdlbinwindows (overwriting the old one from the
"export-to-CD" package). You'll need to re-export your collection after you
have done this.
