I have downloaded GSDL version 2.60 and try to install with local library option (as recommended). But when I start the Greenstone from the Programs, it can not start. I allways get a message: ."The page can not be displayed" and then a message box appeared informing the problem. I turn off all proxy server setting as instructed, but the problems still
