a question to the developers of greenstone: Why did you use the
"^"-character instead of the "."-character to qualifiy DC-Elements in
the "Qualified metadata set" that comes with GSDL v2.53. Is this the way
of qualifying elements proposed by the DC-Initiative or is it because
the "."-character cannot be used inside metadata sets?
