Hi Michael

Greenstone does not use attributes in metadata, so you cannot do this.
Are there a fixed set of attribute values?
perhaps you could represent them in your greenstone metadata as further
subelements?
e.g. role^roleElement^text = architect
role^roleElement^code = arc
