In earlier versions of Greenstone, I had to configure the HTML plugin to
associate non-standard links to activate them. As I recall, this was
done by activating the assoc_files option.

In the new Greenstone, this option is gone. Can you tell me how to
include an M3u or mov file in the import directory and link to it so the
link is active? Currently the build kills the links.
