|Subject||[greenstone-users] Direct Website link to local collection?|
I am new to Greenstone and am building a local history collection for a local historical society using Greenstone.
I have finished building the collection and customising the interface, though I have two questions that I can't find the answers for. I have tried looking in the wiki etc, but can't seem to find the answers.
- I have put an image in the "URL to 'About Page' image" in the librarian interface. However when the collections is built and opened in the browser, it will not resized, when the browser size is changed. I have tried to change the CSS file, but this makes no difference. I would like to make the image's width, as a percentage, so that it will resize as the browser size increases / decreases. I managed to do this for the about page using the banner title field, but this doesn't work for the remaining pages.
- The Greenstone collection comprises one of the pages of a website. I would like to be able to have the tag "local history collection" on my website menu, and when this is clicked, proceed straight to the collection. I don't want an intermediate page where a collection needs to be selected (I only have one collection), I want to be able to link directly from the website menu to the local collection about page. Is this possible? If so, how is it done?
