Hello Elvi,

Make sure that the user running the web server has write permissions to
these folders:
C:Program FilesGreenstonecollect
C:Program FilesGreenstone mp

If you use IIS, the anonymous IIS user is IUSR_<MachineName> by default.
If you are using apache it is www-data or apache - look at
httpd.conf/apache2.conf

You can also try installing Greenstone outside Program Files, changing file
permissions that are inside Program Files in Windows is quite tricky,
installing it in e.g. C:/greenstone will make it easier.
