Hello Developers

I want to display the authors and tiltes alphabetically and group them like
Starting with A, B ,

like
http://www.sadl.uleth.ca/nz/cgi-bin/library?e=p-000-00---0hdl--00-0-0-0prompt-10
---4------0-1l--1-en-50---20-about---00031-001-1-0utfZz-8-00&a=d&cl=CL2

I have tried all the classifiers but could not get that display.

I also went through the FAQ's at greenstone but could not find similar
question.
