Hi,

I'm not quite sure what you're trying to do; are you following the
instructions at
http://www.cs.waikato.ac.nz/~mdewsnip/greenstone/west-yorkshire/remote-greenstone.html?
The jarsigner password will be the password you entered when running
keytool (or "greenstone" if you entered no password).

Unless you really need to be able to build collections remotely you
should start with the stand-alone GLI, especially if you're new to
Greenstone. This comes pre-built with the binary distributions -- just
run gli.sh.
