2 ways

1. Import and build
Copy the contents of your import folders including any metadata.xml
files, taking care not to have files with the same name.
(this is what I do)

2. build only
Copy the archives folders from each collectuion in and modify the
archives.inf files into one file - ensuring the new paths are correct,
and there are no clashes of the identifier.
(I have not done this- but this is roughly how it would work -
probably best to see the developers guide on the Import and Build
processes to work out how to do this properly)
