Also, for anyone else digging into this, I misspoke below about gsdlsite.cfg. I only have gsdlsite.cfg.in. I highlighted it again below in red.

From looking at the debug file and looking through the referenced file, the best I can guess is that some (or one) of the plugins is breaking or not being parsed - or an environment variable is wrong or stale.

I've never had any luck with moving the software. The collections, yes. But the installer seems to put directory paths in all kinds of places. So, the software can't find things if they get moved around.

I'll also attach the output of gli.bat -debug in case that reveals anything I haven't noticed yet.
