Unused values are removed from the "previous values" tree whenever the
collection is closed, so closing and then reopening the collection will
solve your problem.

You don't need to worry about incorrect values being in this tree, however
-- it is just a helpful tool for entering common values, not something you
need to make sure is correct. It doesn't affect the built collection.
