2 questions:

(1) I would like to be able to display the horitontal list portion of the
datelist & AZCompact list at both the top and bottom of the pages. Is this
possible? What would be the most efficient way to do this?

(2) I would like to work with the formatting of the horizontal list portiion
of the datelist. Is there a way to do this from within the macrofiles? I
would be happy even to be able to just change the font attributes.
