Hi Dominique

Do you mean that the link to the document changes, i.e. the document
identifier changes?
If you want identifiers that are persistant even when the
document/metadata is changed, then assign them manually to the documents
using metadata, and use the "-OIDtype assigned -OIDmetadata <meta name>"
options when importing.

You can turn on usage logging in the library, see
>From the logs you can see what search terms have been used.
