This is KK from the CDC Information Center. I am trying to build a
locate digital collection using Greenstone. I installed gsdl-2.63 and
defined our own metadata set based on DC. I was, however, unable to
preset any values for the elements I created. There is no "Values"
Section in GEMS interface for me to add values as shown in User's
Guide, p. 26, Figure 10.

How should I do to obtain this function?  Thanks a lot and have a nice day!
