I have just tried this, and it worked fine. After building the
collection the second time from the collector, both documents appeared
in the titles list.
However, there is a different problem with doing this. The GLI keeps
documents in the import directory, and never deletes them. When you open
up the collection later, all your documents are still there.
The Collector however does not keep source documents in the import
directory - it works with the archive files produced after importing.
Each time you add documents, they are put into import, imported into
archives, and then the import directory is deleted.
This means that once you have built a collection with the collector, you
cannot go back to using the GLI for that collection - all the source
documents are gone, and you have an empty collection.
So I recommend just sticking to one mode of collection building. The GLI
is much nicer than the collector, which we don't really support any more.
