Hi Colin,

Do you mean a document isn't hierarchical when you're viewing it, or a
classifier isn't hierarchical? (Maybe a screenshot would help?)

It would be worth having a look at one of the doc.xml files in your
collection "archives" directory to make sure that the document structure
(ie. the "<Section> tags) is nested as you'd expect.
