Hi Benjamin

You can check that it is the missing build.cfg file that is causing the
problem by looking at gsdl/etc/error.txt - there should be a warning
here about "couldn't read build.cfg.." If there is no build.cfg then the
collection will not work. (it should be in the index directory)

How are you building the collection? using the Librarian Interface? or
command line building? Do you get no errors at all in building? Are you
using expert mode in Librarian? try setting verbosity to 4 and rebuild -
do you get any errors?
