first of all, are you sure your directories contain only one file
each and their names are unique?
do you get any error messages? (containing "generating hash id")
if you don't get it working you might try OIDtype 'assigned'
instead, maybe that one works. (you can still give the id's you want
by setting dc.Identifier accordingly)

there may be other reasons - i don't know if PagedImgPlug really has
a problem with other OIDtypes, though.
