What are the plugin arguments and other things to be done while building a fully downloaded website with three hierarchical level links?

That means homepage, below level page and the third level pages need to be built into a fully searcheable website as single document in gsdl.

When I built it with no links arguments unchecked, it did not yield result. Home page was built, but linked document were not built into the collection but appeared as separate document.

I use gsdl 2.75
