Hi Creighton

I'm very fine, thank you.

It seems to me that the collection couldn't be zipped up and downloaded
successfully from server. But it didn't happen on me. I think there are
two things you might have to look at:
1. check whether the collection has been zipped up.
Open the GSDLHOME/cgi-bin/gliserver.pl file with an editor
Find "my $debugging_enabled = 0;" which is near the top of file, and
modify it to "my $debugging_enabled = 1;", then create a new collection
from GLI applet again.
If the collection could be zipped up, a zip file, named like
"username-collectname-timestamp.zip", will appear under the
GSDLHOME/collect folder.

2. If you succeed on the first check, and still get HTTP 500 error, the
problem might exist in the cgi downloading procedure. Please check the log
file of the web server for details.

Regards
Quan
