The _homeextra_ macro is set in the Greenstone "src/recpt/pageaction.cpp" file, in the home_images() function.

If you want to customise the list of collections on the home page (and the list of collections doesn't change much) it is usually easiest to not use _homeextra_ and define your own macro instead.

While customizing the user interface for GSDL(greenstone digital library) we had a blockage at _homeextra_ variable. The file indicates that this variable is an automatic table generation.

But we need to know more information about this _homeextra_ variable to customize the collection list look and feel on home page.

We find the following info at

# _homeextra_ is the automatically generated list of collections (in a table)

We want to know that where exactly the table will be generated and code base will be stored. So that we can customize the user interface.

Please help on this ASAP.
