Subject [greenstone-users] MPEG-21 DIDL in Greenstone
Hi everyone,

I have been trying to find a way to implement the Media Art Notation System (MANS) in Greenstone to document my collections of digital art. MANS uses DIDL for the high-level conceptual elements and an implementation of DC fields for descriptive metadata. I have tried the GEMS platform to generate new standards, but with little success. I'm quite new to this, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

My main questions are:

- How do I define the location of the DIDL Schema in GEMS?
- IS the schema enough to establish relationships between elements?
- DO I have to manually define the DIDL elements in GEMS?

Thanks in advance for your time.

Best
Leo
