I can't think of any easy way to do that. At best you'd need to customize
AZCompactList I think. At worst it'd require digging into the C++ code too.

You can format HLists using format statements, as with VLists. For example,
try putting something like the following in your collection's collect.cfg
file:
format HList "[link]<i>[Title]</i>[/link]".

The default HList format statement is
"[link][highlight][Title][/highlight][/link]".

Fiddling with these HList format statements should allow you to change fonts
and such. I'm not sure if they give the flexibility to do much more than
that though.
