Thank you Diego. I was able to get this to work! I have a follow-up question: Is there a way to sort by the date they were added to the library rather than by Title?

Thanks,
~Jay

Jay,

You can add a classifier to the collection that shows the last n documents (or the documents added since specific date).

Try this:

classify RecentDocumentsList -include_most_recently_added 10 -sort dc.Title -no_metadata_formatting -buttonname "Last 10 documents"

Hope this helps.

Hi,
I'd like to piggy-back on this question, if you don't mind...

Does Greenstone have a way to show on the web interface which documents were most recently added? Kind of like a "What's New" list. If so, how might I accomplish that?

Thank you,
Jay Clark

Has anyone created a way for users to set up email notifications for new and changed documents that they could point me to? Thanks.
