Subject | [greenstone-users] making hierarchical subjects display as individual subjects |
Hi,
I have created a hierarchical classifier of subjects using | to seperate each level of the hierarchy. For example, Ireland|Leinster|Dublin At a different place in the document I create a list of all subject terms which are hyperlinks. I use {If}{[sibling(1):dc.Subject],<a href="/gsdlmod?e=d-00000-00---off-0gsarch--00-0----0-10-0---0---0direct-10---4-----dfr--0-1l--11-en-50---20-preferences-Gregory+S%2e+Williamson--00-0-1-00-0--4----0-0-11-10-0utfZz-8-00&a=q&fqf=DS&q=[sibling(1):dc.Subject]" title="Subject">[sibling(1):dc.Subject]</a>}
This list displays Ireland|Leinster|Dublin as one keyword and one hyperlink. Can I make the software break such subjects up into individual keywords and sort them alphabetically? I know I can do this by using two subject fields from two metadata sets but I am hoping there is a more elegant solution. I would appreciate any advice.
John
