Hi Nathan,

I'm guessing you're using Java 1.5.0? Unfortunately we didn't have time
to test Greenstone v2.52 with Java 1.5.0, and there was one small change
that causes the (quite major) problem you're experiencing.

We plan to release the next version of Greenstone next week, and this
will contain a fix for this problem. If you don't want to wait until
then, you can always get the latest version of Greenstone/GLI out of
CVS. Alternatively, you can use Java 1.4.2 instead of 1.5.0, at least
until the next release is out.

Sorry about this hassle,

Michael
